Let me share to you my point of views to easily process such loan. Before being anxious to acquire it, there are questions that you will need to answer first to yourselves, to wit;

I have been working for how many months ?

The PAG-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan will require you 24 months of contribution for you to be eligible to apply. Track back your employment history as to when you started working since and until now. You will need to know this, since this will also be indicated to the PAG-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (MPLAF).

Does my payslip states any indication for the PAG-IBIG Contribution ?

I was in doubt and when asked by someone if I have a PAG-IBIG Contribution, I said that I don’t. I never see any remarks or indicated that states ‘PAG-IBIG’ in my payslip, so of course, I would say that I don’t.

In addition, I never remembered such requirement that I would need to apply for PAG-IBIG membership when I had my first job. I can’t think of how and when!

I would have to say then that it is the employer who had you applied for a membership. Anyways, I am figuring this out to myself to which of the employers I had been that applied me as a member.

Let’s go back to how you will be able to see indications that you had been giving your contribution for the PAG-IBIG fund.

The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) indicated on the image above is our contribution for the Pag-IBIG fund. And so, that figures out!

Where are their office located and where to ask information ?

If you are in Cebu, then you can easily go to the office location. Their building is located near Ayala Center Cebu and is just in front of the new office location of Banco de Oro at the Cebu Business Park. You may also look for the location of this office at your place, click here.

Note that if you are certain enough that you are eligible for applying the loan, I suggest that you just get the Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (MPLAF) so you can save time other than be on queue for hours just to ask..

It’s been a long time I haven’t watch a local movie. A Very Special Love teamed up of Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz is a good movie for all. I am not that much of a fan but somehow I see that they spark with a good chemistry for a love tandem. I never thought Sarah could be a good actress aside from being a lovely singer idolized by many. John Lloyd on the other hand as we know is a good actor that proved himself with other box office movies. I salute him for inspiring Sarah to portrait a good character on the movie.

The Story

A fresh graduate Laida Magdalas whose motivation is to apply to a magazine publishing company which is headed by Miguel Montenegro, the man of her dreams. She was instantly hired when she applied as an Editorial Assistant for Miguel’s colleagues quits after their business discussion. The story goes as Laida Magdalas being patient and motivated to work. But, all of them were seems not appreciated. Events made them closer that she brought Miguel realized himself struggling to prove his name as a Montenegro. Miguel’s magazine publishing company went to a bad ending but he gained his self-worth, father’s realization as a son, his brother’s trust, his employee’s respect and Laida’s love!

Recommendation

I love the movie being light. This is not just another date movie. You can invites friends and family to watch this. I myself watched it in solo. It was fun and much enjoyed film for a love story.

I hope that before you go out from home to the movie it will not rain. Likewise, after the movie. Else, you will need to do the ‘Sun Dance’!

Basically, I used Thunderbird Email Client to check my emails as well as using it as a reader for RSS. If you got the same application, read on the steps below.

To direct you how to do it with Thunderbird, you may follow this simple steps.

1. Open your Thunderbird Email Client.
2. On the left-hand side, click “News & Blogs”.
3. Click “Manage subscriptions” on the right-hand side under “RSS News & Blogs”.
4. “RSS Subscriptions” window prompts.
5. Click the “Add” button.
6. Under “Feed URL”, enter the RSS URL address of the site (for instance, mine is http://feeds.feedburner.com/athanobs) and click OK.
7. And, there it goes now, you’ll be able to see the latest posts of the blog.

I had been lately backed to Yahoo! Groups. This is because recently, friends on my high school batch under an organization seems becoming active again on our created group. We were exchanging messages and asking to post and share our images we had on our high school days. Thus, it seemingly will lead us for a reunion.

Well, Yahoo! Groups have become useful for us in exchanging thoughts to which with common interests. Much more, they are now planning for enhancements.

I never knew about Firefox browser years before in my school days (whew?! when was that?). But now,it gives me the pleasure of using it at the office. I get used of it since it is much convenient for browsing sites and much more for our internal tools in the office that are browser viewable.

Those are the lines I hear when phoning their 173 (Globelines Phone) technical support number. Much more, I get stupefied phoning them when having problems with internet connection that I need to wait for even an hour just to be answered by them. And, please note! I don’t like to hear their boy band songs played while waiting on the line. It never works to calm me!

From the very first time I had services with them, they already sucks. Last year, having just a phone line with them gives me a 3-month problem. I get bad lines and an intermittently no-dial tone. Through going to their service centers is the only key that I got my phone line working. (Of course, I can’t phone their hotline and listen to their boy band again, I don’t have a dial tone!)

But through my mom’s friend, I was still convinced to upgrade my services this year to a plan that gives me a phone line and an internet connection. We’ll, I said that I might give them a chance.

With regrets, I should have not! It even worsen my case. I was excited to get a internet connection but it took a month and half for me to have it. I got smooth connection on few days. But I got this stupid problem of intermittent connection up until now!
